Welcome to NEA Notary Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or booking any notarial services.
1. Overview
NEA Notary Solutions provides mobile notary services, remote online notarization (RON), apostille and legalization assistance, certified translations, and I-9 verifications. These services are offered in compliance with Arkansas state laws and applicable federal notary regulations. These Terms of Service outline the policies and client guidelines for using NEA Notary Solutions’ mobile notary, remote online notary, and apostille services.
By using our website or booking services, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possess valid, government-issued identification.
- Have the legal authority to request notarization or document processing.
We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification or required documentation cannot be provided.
3. Service Scope
We provide notary and document-related services strictly in accordance with Arkansas notary laws and applicable U.S. state and federal regulations.
Our notaries act as impartial witnesses — we do not provide legal advice, draft documents, or interpret legal language. For legal guidance, please consult a licensed attorney.
4. Remote Online Notarization (RON)
RON appointments are conducted through state-approved and encrypted platforms.
By booking a RON session, you consent to:
- Audio and video recording of the session (required by law).
- Secure identity verification and credential analysis.
- Digital storage of session data as required by Arkansas law.
5. Apostille & Legalization Services
NEA Notary Solutions assists clients with the apostille and legalization process by preparing and submitting documents to the appropriate agencies.
We cannot guarantee turnaround times for state or federal agencies and are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., postal or government processing delays).
6. Payments & Refunds
All service fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via approved digital and card payment methods.
Refunds are only issued if:
- A service is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or
- NEA Notary Solutions cannot complete the service for reasons within our control.
Travel fees, convenience fees, and completed notarizations are non-refundable.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring documents are complete (no blanks or missing pages).
- Presenting valid, unexpired identification.
- Understanding the contents of their documents prior to signing.
Our notaries cannot proceed if the signer appears unaware, unwilling, or under duress.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and compliance, NEA Notary Solutions is not liable for:
- Errors or omissions in client-provided documents.
- Delays caused by external agencies or mailing services.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the service in question.
9. Confidentiality
All personal and document information shared with us is handled in strict confidence.
We follow state notary confidentiality standards and never disclose sensitive information unless required by law.
10. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All text, images, and materials on our website — including branding and logos — are the property of NEA Notary Solutions.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written consent.
11. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of payment.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Craighead County, Arkansas.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Modified” date.
Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
